Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Living Waters Canada. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Canada only. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are outside Canada and wish to order Living Waters resources, please visit livingwaters.com.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order subtotal (before taxes):

3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination within Canada:
- Ontario & Quebec: 2–5 business days
- Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): 5–8 business days
- Atlantic Canada (NS, NB, PEI, NL): 5–8 business days
- Northern Canada (YT, NT, NU): 7–14 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier disruptions.
5. Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
If your shipment appears to be lost, please allow the full estimated delivery window to pass before contacting us. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
