If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Damaged or Lost Shipments<\/h3>\n<p>If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of delivery at <a href=\"mailto:admin@livingwaterscanada.ca\">admin@livingwaterscanada.ca<\/a> with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.<\/p>\n<p>If your shipment appears to be lost, please allow the full estimated delivery window to pass before contacting us. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
